Mohamed A. Adam
Chief Visionary Officer
Mohammed A Adam is a global health/surgery scholar with MBBS, MRCS-England, MSc HPEdu, MSc Global Health & Global Surgery, committed to improving surgical quality care. Mohammed is a Co-founding Chief Visionary Officer of the Sudanese Consortium for Surgical Development, and research fellow at Imperial College London and Harvard PGSSC.

A medical student, aspiring orthopedic surgeon and global surgeon. I love educating others and help people to grow and achieve their goals.

Elaf Mohamed
Communication & Advocacy
.Final year medical student at Faculty of Medicine University of Khartoum, aspiring plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a global surgery advocate. Her work bridges frontline realities with strategic policy engagement, public storytelling, coalition building, and mobilizing diverse national and international stakeholders.
She is a 2025 Fellow at the G4 Alliance and an alumna of the Global Surgery Slingshot Program at Babson College’s Kerry Murphy Healey Center.

Dr. Alaa Osman is a dedicated medical professional and aspiring general surgeon with a passion for global surgery and public health. With a strong background in organization management and student body leadership, Dr. Osman brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and administrative acumen to his work. His commitment to improving healthcare outcomes and advancing surgical care is driven by his experience and vision for a more equitable and effective healthcare system.

Baha Aldeen Abdalaziz
Research
Dr. Baha Aldeen Mohammed is the Director of the Research Department at the Sudanese Consortium for Surgical Development (SCSD), where he leads efforts to enhance surgical research, policy, and innovation in Sudan. He brings extensive experience in clinical research, public health, and quality improvement, having previously worked with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Sudan during the armed conflict and contributed to health systems projects with UNFPA in Latin America. Dr. Mohammed has also played key roles in national health programs and humanitarian responses, focusing on translating evidence into practice to improve surgical outcomes, strengthen healthcare systems, and build research capacity across Sudan and the region
